Wellness, without the fluff
Wellness that's worth the trip — and the trip down the street.
We tried 40 retreats in 3 years. We do cold plunge every morning in Austin. Here's what's actually worth your time and money.

How we choose
We don't list everything. We tell you what's actually worth it.
Most wellness directories are just yellow pages with prettier photos. Every "best of" list is identical because nobody actually went.
We do go. We try the cold plunge, sit through the silent retreat, eat the vegetarian dinner that's better than it sounds. Then we tell you whether to book — or where to go instead.
That's the whole pitch. Trust us with one booking and decide for yourself.

No "transformation". No "journey". No 30-item listicles. Just three specific recommendations, with the price and the reason.
