Sound baths in the US, city by city
Gongs, singing bowls and layered tone, usually lying down for 45 to 60 minutes. Closer to a guided rest than to a concert, and the point is what your attention does rather than what the instruments do.
We have mapped 164 across 33 US cities. 99 of them are in the 13 cities with enough for a full list — pick one below for addresses and official sites.
What to check before you go
Ask how loud it gets and how close you'll be to the gongs, which is the detail that decides whether a first session is soothing or overwhelming. Ask whether mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. If you're sound-sensitive, sit near the back and say so on arrival — every facilitator we've asked has been fine with it.

How this list is built
We map venues from public business listings, then read each venue's own website to work out what it actually offers, keeping the phrase we matched on. A venue appears here because its site says it has sound bath, not because it paid us — there are no sponsored placements anywhere on Tendground. We don't rank or score venues, and we don't claim to have visited them. How we verify.
